We want to tell you why we collect personal information about our customers, and make sure we have your permission to continue to collect, use and disclose for such purposes any personal information about you. Why we collect personal information

If you are a 59CONNECT client, 59CONNECT has some basic information about you. We understand that some of this information is private, which is why we collect personal information only for the following purposes:

Since the customer information and accounts are normally part of such transactions, we may use or disclose to other parties involved in the transaction in order to demonstrate due diligence and finalize the transaction.

How do we protect your information?

To protect your personal information and your right to privacy, 59CONNECT will:
1. refrain from collecting, using or disclosing your personal information for purposes other than those listed above, unless you give us permission;

2. protect your information with appropriate security safeguards;

3. protect the confidentiality of your personal information when dealing with other companies;

4. strive to keep your personal information as accurate and up to date as necessary for the purposes specified above;

5. respond to any request for access to your personal information on your part.

Personal information collected by 59CONNECT can be stored and processed outside of Canada or another country. In either case, the information is protected with appropriate measures, but it may be available to government agencies under certain laws.

What are your choices?

We would like your consent to continue to collect, use and disclose your personal information for the purposes stated above. Be aware, however, that you have choices and can refuse or withdraw your consent as follows:
