The folks here at 59Connect are passionate about communication and pushing it to the limits in terms of functionality and design. While we like to be on the cutting edge, we believe there is a difference between trend and innovation and that it’s our job to figure out which is which.
59Connect is pushing it to the limits both in terms of functionality and design. Instead of being just another service provider, we set out to do something different, and we think you’ll agree that we do just that. Here are the frequently asked questions by our customers.
General
1. Select the ‘globe’ button
2. Your contact list will only show 59Connect contacts
To see all your contacts, including people who are not using 59Connect
1. Select the ‘people’ button’
2. Your contact list will show every contact you have
Go to ‘account’
Select ‘plans’ and choose a calling plan to the destination of your choice
Deactivating your account will remove all 59Connect date on your device and close your account. Money that is left in your account will be lost
LOG OUT
Logging out will remove all account data from your device, but your account will still be active
Go to ‘settings’
Choose either ‘deactivate’ or ‘log out’

1. Go to the sign-in page of 59Connect
2. Select ‘I’m already a 59Connect user’
3. Type in your 59Connect ID or phone number
4. Select ‘next’ and then select ‘can’t access your account’
5. Once you enter your phone number or 59Connect ID you will be able to reset your 59Connect password
1. Select ‘invite friends’
2. You will now have a choice of different ways of inviting your friends to 59Connect
1. Go to the 59Connect sign-in page and select ‘New to 59Connect’
2. Enter your phone number and select ‘next’
3. If the phone number on the screen is correct, press ‘next’
4. You should receive a code, if you do not receive a code, select the question mark button and contact us through email
Calls
There are 2 ways to do so:
1. Select the contact you want to start a call with
2. Select ‘Free Call’ or the ‘phone’ button
3. You will now be making a call to the person you want to reach
1. Choose the contact you want to start a call with and press the ‘circle with 3 dot’ button
2. From the submenu, select the ‘phone’ button
3. You will now be making a call to the person you want to reach
Accept the call while using Android phone
1. Select the green ‘phone’ button to accept the call

3. You will now be making a call to the person you want to reach if you have sufficient funds

1. Select the contact you want to start a call with

3. You will now be making a call to the person you want to reach if you have sufficient funds
There are 2 ways to do so:
Video calling
1. Select the contact you want to start a call with
2. Select the ‘camera’ button
3. You will now be making a video call to the person you want to reach
Initiating video call while in audio call
1. Select the ‘camera’ button
2. Your partner will be prompted to an invitation and if they accept, the video will start
1. While on a call, you can select the ‘audio conference’ icon
2. Choose the contact you wish to add by selecting the phone icon with the ‘plus’ on it. Please make sure the contact you wish to add has 59Connect installed
3. Once you have chosen the contact you wish to add to the call, you can add him using the icon on the screen
Chat
1. Select the ‘chats’ icon and start a chat
2. Select the ‘attachment’ icon on the bottom of the screen
3. You will now have an option of choosing what type of attachment you want to send
File or photo
Audio recording

4. Your location will now come up on your recipient’s screen
